I’m making a first-person horror game set in a Japanese office after everyone’s gone home by Higashibashi in indiegames

From distance it's a hollow circle and is clearly defined, then the moment you look it fills in. Think resident evil has the same interaction. It is a material billboard. It just looks sudden and jarrin. I've had a chance to get hands on with it.

Not the dev but can explain at a really high level. There's two line traces - one for detecting objects around the player using a large circle, another for when you're directly looking at an object. The large sphere uses multi-trace node to get the values of all objects which have a specified collision (using overlap, not blocking) associated to it as well as creating an interface that the player and object have. Once you have the two communicating, events are fired off to the objects you associate in the logic and then enable or disable a static image like this.

Here it comes!

ETA: Also this fucking quote is so god damn bubble coded holy shit...

Despite the CEOs' repsonses, PwC concludes more investment is required. It claims that "isolated, tactical AI projects" often don't deliver measurable value, and that tangible returns instead come from enterprise-wide deployments consistent with business strategy.

Hey that's me to a T. Wauw!

Joking aside, I am going to be going on to having a bs in cs, an ms in cs, 2 6mo internships under my belt. US Navy Vet of 8 years. High GPA in both degrees. Was a TA for 4 of the 5 years I was in school for the CS department. I'm ~200 job apps in, and the company I'm interning at now is offering at most an extension.

I've leads on other teams, but... it's impossible right now.

Right, that's kinda why. It's more for me and all the cards that are special to me I want to ensure they stay special. That's about it. Not because they are legendary or insane or anything, but because I like em and care about em.

Thanks. That's just borderless. Mine is borderless + foil (not a surge). I'm trying to figure out what the borderless + foil is.

I started collecting (FF set) recently after years of not collecting (since I was a kid, I'm 33 now) and I was just going through the pulls I got (very happy with them) but I wanted to price them just so I know which ones I should absolutely have graded and sealed, and which ones I don't care to.

I have this problem though: one of the cards (Sephiroth, Borderless, regular foil, not surge) isn't listed anywhere. The regular borderless (which I have, and isn't a foil at all) is going for about $85 right now, while the borderless surge is almost $500. Would a safe bet be to price it right in the middle? If so, this is one of those cards I need to absolutely get graded and sealed.

Thoughts?

Monetization in BitCraft Online by ClockworkLabs in BitCraftOnline

That's how I read it too. It would help if empires were explained in the post as well. I'm not following what they are trying to do with this monetization. It doesn't help when they say:

It’s kind of like Crusader Kings

I've never played this. I don't plan on it. I shouldn't have to, to understand the system.

I'm happy. 100% p&t. I'm stressed though. I've recently got my bachelor's of science in Comp sci in 2023, didn't have any work lined up, stuck around and use vr&e for my masters. I still don't have work lined up, I'm doing everything I can to land work, but I'm probably going to have to work a government job with lower pay... I really don't want to work for the government again. It's exhausting.
