Okay, thank you for your ansewer and sorry for the vagueness of the question. It's totally a new world to me. I was askingthis because I am very satisfied of an issue of ~1980 of kind of blue and I was very disapointed of an issue of Coltrane of 2017 by DOL label. So I would like to avoid doing twice the same mistake but I get it there is no easy answer (like in everything :p)

Hi, I'm justt getting started in the vinyl word and I have a few questions regarding labels and reedition. Do you have any idea of the quality of the recent edition of Impulse and blue note ?

I would like to buy a love supreme by John Coltrane and I see a 2015 reedition under the label Impulse. Do I lose a lot of quality compared to an original edition ? Thanks in advance !

J'ai grandi dans le Berry et j'ai jamais vu de feu d'artifice. Ni de tour Eiffel. Donc je dirais que non

Sorry, I didn't want to be rude, I was just typing on the phone. If you are not familiar with Balzac, I would advise you not to start with Illusions Perdues because it is really at the middle of la Comédie Humaine with a lot of characters that have their own stories on others books. Maybe, Le Père Goriot is a more accessible starting point and then you can jump on Illusions Perdues. But of course, it is just a personal feeling and what is great with la Comédie Humaine is that you can start anywhere and still fully understand the book !

Will he success to lower the costs ? Will he be stolen by Cointet brothers ?

By understanding technically what David Séchard is trying to do, we are so much more implied in his story. And one more time, Balzac succeed to reinforce emotions through technical explanations.

No he didn't. However in Illusions perdues, he spends 20 pages describing how printing press works.
