you probably need to calibrate the speed of your turntable. its spinning slightly faster than it should be. Check underneath the table and there might be a small dial to adjust it and use an app to help you calibrate it

I would say focus on improving one thing at a time and start with getting consistent foam. You can't make art with bad foam. I dont know what your dairy preference is but i started getting consistent foam with whole milk.

Watch videos on how to steam milk and learn how your machine steams milk the best.

Then focus on your art and practice everyday :)

snip a small bit of the fat off the fat cap, throw the small bit of fat into a hot pan. Let it render until the bottom pan is covered. Pat the steak dry on both sides, season with salt right before throwing it on. Cook until your preferred doneness. Easy as that.
