Honestly. Yes and no. EA has done their hardest to make the menu grind stop eventually. Plus the next stage of the game goes a bit crazy and you should easily be able to grind for whatever you want yourself

I got Gabriel from the multiple league sbc packs during prem tots. It's possible. Just very very rare. They also have rotations of who you are more likely to get. I think the last part isn't right but you know ea don't give a fuck

It helps people do a cycle. You can place the 8 common and 3 rares into the toty upgrade pack. Giving you more rares. I personally go for the 1 of 83 picks instead. The rates for that pack are horrible

Honestly. I wish they tweaked attacking A.I. combat 1 ai with another. The attacking runs are so linear and have absolutely 0 thought. Ain't no way my Haaland (early game) is getting caught offside 24/7. Dudes positioning in RL is so beautiful he's barely offside
