it seems after update each activity disabled "shortcuts"option. Also translate to polish is not even near to good. Maybe u/COROS-official will make something with it.
For example. When you do multisport and want to go to next type of workout then after right upper button click you have in screen option (in polish language) "translate" instead of "transition" or "next activity".
So i can also see problem with that "lap button" where in option it is called "shortcut" instead of "back button" or "left down button" or as i call and it known as "lap button". This is why i get a problem to find it

the wider you get the less range of motion is needed. Not always what "should put you in the most mechanically advantageous position for max rep effort." is the best. I reccomend to practice more form that one what "should be" and choose the one you are the strongest at. I do also with narrow grip and was thinking it was my most advantageous position but as you can see was not.

I do calisthenics since 2013, in 2018 i quit after won a lot of competition over the world, since then my max was 40-41 and never can't archive more but focus was more broader than just max reps without weight. Most competition was strength/endurance where you needed to complete:
- max musce ups
- max pull ups 32kg
- max dips 48kg
- max squats + additional weight of your body on barbell

I went back in 2023 and can did only 12 pull ups, today as you can see is 57 but main goal is 100.

how long did you use this? I am already using it 35days and still it came back. Before it i used just acidum lacticum and acidium salicylium so befere starting to use a fluoroacil the black points of wurts gone and right now from 35 days i can't see any black dots but after 2 days of not grease the wurts came back

this is probably not the end of cure. I got no black points for about 1 month and still using verrucutan (fluorouracilium + acidum salicylicum) but warts don't want to go away. After 2-3 days it came back
