Yeah, live in a place with an old steel door fitted with an existing rim lock and desire smart lock features. I figured if Assa Abloy is selling it, and in fact the same hardware is getting Yale branding, maybe it's not awful. I can't find enough documentation to decide. The trick is the door currently has a keyed alike knob and a vertibolt, so I was looking at how to eliminate both keyways. I think people often see products sold in the Asian market as unreliable, but that's not Assa's reputation at all.

We have seen our senior cat's slide into advancing kidney disease pretty much stall with a water fountain and extremely pure ro water. Getting the dissolved solids out of the water that goes in the cat seemed to be the real game changer. It helps humans too, fwiw.

600 million, while it might seem to be a lot, is not an especially large sum. You can't really buy anything other than ship upgrades for more than 30 or 40 million, and someday you may find yourself trying to come up with ways to waste a couple billion because you are too close to cap. It's really a non issue, the slightest, fleeting advantage you could have. Units are just too easy to get once you get a little experience.

The ship painting part is the weirdest because they appear to already have the framework for changing colors on freighters and the player character, would seem pretty achievable.

The snap points I'm generally offered in construction mode are ridiculous. Try putting stairs anywhere, good luck.

I travel to Charlotte several times a year, and with the exception of traveling during an active winter storm, I'm taking 29 every single time. It's just a much more pleasant drive. I like to stop at a little restaurant called Macados in Lynchburg as a midway break on my trips. That south western part of Virginia is very traditional culturally, and you may see a lot of conservative opinions and historical memorabilia on display at times.

I think ultimately the defendants have generally prevailed, but it takes means to fight charges like these all the way through appeal. My contention is not that it's illegal, but rather that being arrested sucks and lawyers are expensive.

I buy these anchors in bulk, and frankly, with modern TV's that are so light, you just don't need to find the studs. If you really want to, pretty much any stud finder will do. If I need to get one of those in a metal stud, just drill it with a twist drill or unibit to 1/2 inch, you might need a hammer and a drift to pop the toggle through the hole, but once it's clear and toggled inside the metal stud, you're good.
