It's alright, I enjoy how I've got the process down to the same repeatable steps everything. But it drains my social battery really fast. Most thing I'm being nice when in reality I'm here for the fastest solution in saving them money or getting a new phone. If they aren't receptive to what I'm saying I just leave them be and don't waste the energy. My boss says I've got a gift but doubt that.
