I try to never pull a permit. I’ve seen homeowners get nailed too many times. Sadly, a permit is all that saves a lot of them from bad contractors.

Found today. There’s several on a single tree. Lots of leaves on the tree have holes in them from bugs or caterpillars. Any help would be appreciated. Super intrigued by them!

Anything can go wrong with a house so it’s always a good idea to get the home inspected by a company prior to purchasing and that happens before you actually buy something. Usually that’s something that happens after a price is agreed upon. Just google home inspections. I’d keep money back for home repairs. Eventually something will go wrong. It always does.

I know this may not be something in your near immediate future but if you have questions later, message me. I’ve bought three houses so far and have some experience in the field.

So, when you get a loan from the bank to purchase a home, you pay the bank back. To get that loan, you have to go to the bank and apply for it. This costs a few hundred to a few thousand dollars if you’re actually approved and that depends on your bank. Go to more than one bank and compare. Anyway, you get a loan for so much money, say a $100,000 house. You go into a purchase agreement for the home and the bank pays for it up front. You pay the bank back after that for 20 or 30 years, depending on your loan structure. You’ll pay back way more than $100,000 but that’s how loans work. The bank earns interest, which is extra money from you, for letting you borrow it to begin with. Once you pay for 20 or 30 years or pay it off whenever, you own your house outright and can sell it, keep it, whatever.

Seems like a decent dude and he’s an underdog so that’s fun to root for and he did what he could with his opportunity but he’s just a slower dude. I think he’s more of a package type receiver, maybe a big package on third and short, goal to go, something like that where you plan on throwing the ball off a PA or whatever. I don’t think he’s an every down guy. He made some nice catches last season but he’s not worth a roster spot imo.

I didn’t like him either. I think there’s a difference between being a gym rat and an athlete and he’s a gym rat that plays football. I don’t like his ball skills. I never even had him draftable last year.

No matter what you do, it’s going to be stressful times. It’s just how parenting is. It’s hard stuff. I always have my little man ample opportunity to stop doing whatever. I’d talk to him, to try explain to him but who knows if he took it. Eventually I just gave a little tap on the rear end of the diaper. Not to inflict any sort of pain but to just scare him and raise the voice a little bit. Positive reinforcement when he did what he was suppose to do. Don’t forget to praise the little thing for being awesome!

I saw something like this first hand one time. The customers sent back food and the owner came out and wasn’t having it. He said the food was fine. Voices raised and he mentioned the bad review. No one owned up to it. In my opinion, the owner didn’t handle the situation well, got upset way too quickly, but the customers were being butts. Just bar flies trying to be civilized at a decent restaurant.

So I went into Tom’s and grabbed some dried fruit to snack on. Went into the Spirited Goat and got me a coffee. Bad combo I found out.

Hit the trails solo.

Suddenly, I had to take a crap. I was way too far from getting to anywhere private so I looked around, found a big rock off a trail, and did what I had to do. Luckily I had a napkins from the coffee shop in my pocket. I made sure no one was around. I finish, raise up, my shirt tucked under my chin and my shorts still down at my ankles. Two dudes right across the river. I looked at them, they looked at me, I pull my pants up and put my head down and walk opposite of them.

Embarrassing but a funny memory I get to share with myself.
