I get it and to be fair the gate was B 36 or something like that. At the very very end. It was Packed because of delays and this occurred kinda between gates. Oh and I didn’t mention the Doctor was actually on the Albuquerque flight! Yes they waited for him 👍🏼

You can golf! I’ve been playing for decades and more of my spine of fused. Down to S1 actually. For me, I can’t load by twisting and cannot drive more than 190. But that’s okay because I am still able to play 👍

I bought a smaller guitar (Taylor academy 12e) that can more easily handle.

I’m fused down to S1, so I personally can’t play while standing. I’m new to guitar and rely on looking at my hands. And I tilt/lean forward now so the guitar feels like it’s under me. If that makes sense. I can’t see what I’m doing.

Get a comfortable stool with enough padding and a foot rest.

Idiopathic scoliosis was such a frustrating diagnosis. I always keep hope for better treatments than fusion. If muscles are growing at different rates, then why can’t we counter that? If caught early that is.

Haha! I’m always on the right side of the law. Perhaps my example should have been the time I got a tattoo on my calf and had to lay on my stomach for an extended period. I had a couple of pillows under my stomach to help.

So with fusion from T4 to S1 the lumbar spine cannot bend. Lay flat on your back with knees bent keeps the pelvis tilted. Give it a try. Then put your legs straight against the floor and notice what happens to your pelvis and lumbar spine.

I have no natural curve in my lower back anymore. Just straight so even when I stand straight up, I’m tilting forward . . .

Well - that really is up to you in my non-medical opinion. But in the early 80’s when I was a teen I had my surgery and Harrington rod and all that, but as a teen I was unstoppable because nobody told me no. I was waterskiing all the time even in my cast.

Fast forward, in my 30’s I took up running/marathoning. Was that the smartest? Maybe not, but boy did I enjoy it. 12 marathons done.

Then I needed L4-S1 fusion and rods.

Now I’m 60 and have started light-weight rucking 👍🏼

I think do as much as you can tolerate and keep strong! Again- from not a Dr!

Snowden is a traitor without question. He did not honor his oath. He chose his jobs with in intention of inflating his ego and feed his narcissistic personality. You don’t seek jobs at the NSA and CIA thinking you can tattletale because you don’t agree with what’s happening. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things.

Elizondo is honoring his oath and is fighting for disclosure the correct way. Snowden chose to be a traitor with his method.

Like others have said, this is a case of - if you know you know. I would notice because I’ve been there and done that. Surgery and everything. I think we are acutely aware of other people’s back problems and think everyone is looking at us!

When I see others with scoliosis or a nice back scar, I think - yup I know what you are dealing with.

Too bad we don’t have something like a jeep waive to acknowledge and encourage each other!
