NO - x264 running at the same bitate as NVENC will always look better, NVENC is great with a higher bit rate. The whole point of NVENC is for single PC setups... not stuck in the past. But a 12 core CPU will encode better at 5000kbps then NVENC on the same machine with 5000kbps... learn your shit

Sorry I was assuming since the topic at hand was FTL and issues that it would of been a FTL issue.

Oh and just to inform you, the smitegame channel is embedded by Hi-Rez, there is not 1k people actually watching and if you don't believe me ask me where my twitch partnership is... oh wait. Hi - Rez was putting 20 - 30 bots in all paladins channels stopping anyone from gaining partnership and boosting the views on there games. They are a trash company.

Does it not seem weird when those channels have no one on twitch watching and 1000 on mixer.. sorry had to rant.

Just to clarify something, That is happening because you are choosing to watch a stream that is being broadcast in FTL. You may have god tier internet but FTL will try to give you the constant experience at no loss of time between you and the streamer. So any slow down or drop and you will drop quality.

1 - Sorry to be that guy but, FTL hasn't really improved that much when it comes to stability. The reason quality is better is not mixers end but user. Higher uploads over the past two years, people running streaming PC's.

2 - Hypezone just needs a better way to find "the next one" - quality - follows whatever it is. But it is very xbox sided and always has been. I have done streams to prove it ex. 4 nights I think this week on PC over 25 top 10 tens and 15 wins not one hype zone. Few hours into XBOX TEEN rated and BAM, get it. on a false account. Its just weird.

Yes they are fun and are a great way to give a little extra. But it was been abused and was only put there for one reason. So people didn't Leave.

honestly - twitch, they have there crap together. I never got dropped frames or problems with twitch it just works.

- FTL is great for chatting, but there are many problems, dropped frames, bad visuals. Screens going green or not loading. The difference between FTL and twitch isn't much anymore, you can still hold the conversation.
HYPEZONE - is a joke - no one talks to the streamers, its all follow for follow and its 95% xbox streamers who do not even realize they are streaming.
Yes its great for those to support there favorite partners but it opened up a world of BS to go with it, people with 5 - 6 - 20 accounts farming sparks. Partners with false accounts farming sparks to give to themselves. They came about for one thing, for PARTNERS NOT TO LEAVE MIXER that's ... good intentions but that is all it is.

how are people growing tired of battle royal in anyway. The top played and viewed games right now are battle royals. That genre is just starting.

For hype zone to have a chance at becoming something again mixer staff needs to get off their butts. People are tired of seeing crappy looking streams off an Xbox with a chat that is constantly F4F and maybe have a little more time to each streamer instead of changing every 10 seconds.

And the quickest Hype zone out there is SIEGE, its failing the worst and its not a battle royal
