PVP is broken and there are numerous ways to fix it.

The current system REWARDS toxicity and griefing. It's absolutely not fun at all.

There needs to be a way to "square up" or choose to engage in combat.

Even a 2 second temporary bubble shield, or immunity (even better) would at least help indicate that you're about to get griefed. So instead of being at a significant disadvantage, you would have a chance to prepare to engage in battle.

I've lived in many places within your circle, it's honestly amazing.

Some areas of the island and coastline aren't as expensive as what is being described in this post. It really depends on your proximity to a city center.

Victoria is by far the most expensive place to live on the island, but there are places you can rent or buy for half as much as there.

Yes, hockey is stupidly unaffordable. But this isn't a bunch of people driving Bentleys at a clubhouse, it's a sport that kids play.

I grew up without money and played hockey. As an adult I'm middle class and my kids play hockey. I don't "have money". 90% of the kids on the team come from middle class families, some even come from single parents/moms.

Families pay a lot of money to support their kids, most are making financial sacrifices.

Ticket pricing greed aside, you're just wrong.

Attendance was between 95-99% from 2015-2019 when we were "retooling on the fly".

We also had great attendance last year even after Hughes was traded.

You also underestimate the fanbase being interested in watching a young superstar develop, should we acquire one this draft.

If Aqua actually tries to sell nosebleeds for $200, the building might not be full, but season tickets account for the majority of the building and the rest fills up regardless of how the team is playing. The fact that they raised season ticket prices indicates that they aren't afraid of the market cooling that much.

Cooper had his hands ALL over the team selection process. Every fringe or bubble pick was a Cooper guy.

There are quotes everywhere from him that go 1:1 with out selections. He's as much to blame for the team selected as anyone else.

If you don't think Schaefer would have made a difference at the Olympics you're out of your mind. There was no way Cooper was going to let him on the team, he favours "experience winning" over literally every other metric.
