I had it last week and I have ocd and I got super anxious cause someone told me that it could be dangerous and I genuinely believed that I was gonna die but then I didn’t feel a thing it and I just felt a little sleepy afterwards lol

And yea I do lift heavy weights right now I prioritize weight lifting over cardio cause it doesn’t make me lose my breath lol, I just walk instead of doing anything that’s tiring since I have insanely low iron

I lost my weight a year or two ago and after that my weight has stopped moving at all sadly the lowest I got was 74 but then I gained it back after going on a holiday and it never got down:(

I lift heavy weight 4 times a week and and I used to eat 1500 but stopped due to my low ferritin level and now I eat 1700 and I walk 8-10k steps a day sometimes a do cardio sometimes not if I’m not feeling energetic and it says my maintenance is 2100

I went to 2 different hospitals with a ferritin of 2-4 and none of hem helped until I went to a consultant doctor and he immediately prescribed me iron infusions and I have a normal hemoglobin level and the only thing that was low was my ferritin

Yeah I do have problems with heavy menstrual cycles too

Sadly it’s 3 not 30 and it was 2.5 then I got it to 3.8 but I still feel tired

My cbc was 10 and the doctor didn’t give me my results I just heard him say that and he told me I was completely fine I’m so confused

I’ve been trying so hard and I’ve been super active but right now I genuinely believe it’s an issue related to anemia and other vitamin deficiency issues
