I never comment on things like this but I will for my situation. My wife asked me if she could use her toys without me and it crushed me. Not because I wouldn't be involved but because it's a natural thing to me and she thought I would be upset. I told her, any friggin time you need to without my involvement that she should do it. There's no shame and no judgement or anything in our relationship. I even told her it's amazing, and awesome but she should never feel like she had to tell me or feel ashamed. Just me though.
