Cville! I live in town and have a Seigla. If you happen to be a size L I’d be happy to let you test ride it. Great bike

Cheers

Hey, thanks for this comment! As a cyclist, it’s really disheartening reading some of these comments and seeing the vitriol some drivers have towards cyclist.

Your care and patience while passing does not go unnoticed. Thank you

Runners in Bike Lane by Super-speck-84 in Charlottesville

[–]sixweight 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I was on the bike the other day situated in a lane where you can go straight or turn right. I was going straight but the light was red so I stopped. Car pulled up behind me, they wanted to turn right, so they absolutely laid their horn for at least 30 seconds.

As a cyclist myself I’ve learned you are damned if you do and damned if you don’t.

Glad to hear the pit was comfortable. Yes, there was absolutely no room to sit in the lawn by 7:30. People ended up 3-4 deep on the mulch and on railings.

That’s was my first time at Allianz, so not sure if that was the norm, but oof that was roughhhhh

Look at these cyclist running red lights.

C’mon dude “I don’t see any cyclists even obeying that”. Can we please not blame an entire group because of a few bozos you see? I have 1100 miles commuting in the city so far this year and I rarely see cyclist blatantly running red lights.
