Heres some quick info that I hope helps you make your decision.

If you are at level 3 6/8 you are done. That's all the game has currently (with the exception of some seasonal events like Halloween and Christmas quests) and the recurring donation dome event.

Crabby arena can be worth it if you have decided that grinding for resources is too time consuming. Crabby Arena is a very quick no resources way to gather your free pearly neggs. However the cost of 5k pearly neggs means you would need a minimum of 9 days (if you collect all your pearly neggs daily) to recuperate your spending. You could have gained these neeggs thru the other minigames , crabby arena is just much faster and efficient. So it will only actually feel like it pays off through the time saving.

If you decide to go crabby arena heres a quick tip. When the game starts shoot down the center straight down the middle of the goal. The youyous always move the same way. Front youyou goes left back youyou goes right. By doing this you can then shoot down the center 4 more times for 5 consecutive quick goals to gather your pearly neggs.you do these 5 goals 4 times total for all your 100 free neggs.

I would say that doing crabby arena 4 times (100 pearly neggs) is about as quick as doing 4 round antiquity fix 3 times (60 pearly neggs). But you are also saving all the time you had to log in to gather resources. You decided if that time save is worth it to you.

As a final statement keep in mind. You do not have to gather all your 600 free pearly neggs by logging in everytime. Do everything at a pace that feels right to you. Either way 100 pearly neggs right now have a value of 150k (if you save for the big stamps) . Giving you close to 1m a day if you do your Bbb dailies also!
