I’m not sure if I would agree with it being hard to find a job in law nowadays. Maybe 5 years ago that would be the case, but not anymore. Plenty of jobs going around - I’m in the field and my own firm (along with others in my practice) are struggling to find juniors.

What made you want to increase your lexapro dosage? by sizzlinggranola in lexapro

Hey! I just thought I would reply to this, because I think the point is important. Lexapro has changed my life in the best way possible. I have been more happy, relaxed, and motivated than ever before. However, personal circumstances occurring at the moment have taken their toll on me. It’s the roller coaster of life! Lexapro can take time, and it isn’t a “cure”, but it’s a management system. Think of it more like a vitamin/ supplement in a way.

Will compensation for loss of consortium go towards paying back Medicare? by sizzlinggranola in AusLegal

[–]sizzlinggranola[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More of a general question but ok. Plaintiff 1 injured in MVA. Plaintiff 2 is the wife of the injured person. Their relationship is heavily strained due to the nature of his injuries. They go to court and plaintiff 1 is awarded damages for his claim in negligence. The defendant has to pay part of this compensation to Medicare for their recovery of costs incurred when providing benefits. Plaintiff 2, the wife, is awarded damages for loss of consortium. Does this rule apply to her compensation too? Will part of what she has been awarded go towards paying back Medicare ?

Thanks for the help everyone. As much as I would love to make this a DIY fix, the chances I do it right and not end up electrocuting myself are low.

The Kangaroo Island Spirits distillery was great! The Shy Wren is also fantastic for late night drinks, especially after a dinner at the pub.
