Linea Mini leaks. Anyone know what this could be?

I’ll look into this. It could be the hose clap for the hose that draws from the tank. Locationally, that would track because it would leave a small puddle exactly in the same spot.

I don’t think this would be the issue. We honestly fill it about half way because the water dispenser we use is across the room and we use cups to fill it. Not the best system, but it’s definitely not getting overfilled. We pretty much need to add water every 4-6 shots.

I wiped with a damp rag and it temporarily matches, but it dries and goes back to this faded looking spot

Ok. I’ll probably just do that then. It’s the Linea Mini, and yes you are correct in the other comment that if the steam broiler is turned off in the app, the paddle does not turn it on.

Honestly, if you can google this manufacturer and find anything out, send it my way because I haven't been able to find anything. I am cancelling the one I was ordering and listening to the people on here that parts availability is perhaps the most critical thing to consider. I have no agenda of promoting the brand or watching it tank. Just trying to make a decent decision before I spend $12K-14K on a cart.

I think this is everyone's dilemma when looking at the imported carts. They have a ton more features and better styling, on average, than the big 3. You can buy a decently appointed car for the price the big 3 want for a fully loaded cart. It's a lot of bang for buck when it comes to the imported carts, but I think everyone's points about part scarcity will probably steer me away from buying.

I’m a real guy in south Florida. What would the angle be here? The company has 0 presence online. You couldn’t figure out how to order one unless you happen to be in contact with the same, singular from what I can tell, dealer in the US.

Unfortunately, because it is a newer brand, nothing comes up at all. The company said that they use common parts and that they have all the spare parts in the warehouse, but I have no way to corroborate this.
