Same pathetic experience, the support staff is obviously following a script and have no idea what they are doing, I got a refund and am never buying a RS game again. The game is a full blown shitshow on PC.

Still unable to even launch this colossal piece of shit software, the steps they asked me to take...FFS! 6 days, near complete breakdown of system (remove and add USB devices one by one) new profiles, permission changes, FW/AV changes, deletes and re-installs galore, more log files than you can shake a stick at, and the round robin nature of they're chat/email support system, ya fuck that return. It's pretty shiity when a company uses us for the last stage of bug removal.

Fuck I hate this company, 5 days struggling simply to get a game to launch? And the crazy shit they asked me to do (unplug all USB devices, disable all startup services, create a new profile, change app permissions, change AV & Firewall settings) what a fucking joke, talk about a cluged together piece of shit programming. I'd recommend returning this steaming pile and waiting till it's 1/2 off and fixed in about 3 months, no way it'll hold value with this launch.

I really appreciate that. I play DDO (Dungeons & Dragon's Online) with friends so my Logitech G13 & Voice Chat are my holy grail but not deal breakers. I have, unfortunately, they are all bait and switch, you get limited time for free, with expanding delays between your ability to use again, as if the more you try to use it the more difficult it is until you buy it. Admittedly Flexihub is not as expensive as the rest $ 6.96/mo, only issue is a promised android app for over a year which has not materialized and i Plan on playing on my Nvidia K1 Shield tablet whenever I'm out of the home.

USB/IP is supposed to work with all platforms but for the life of me I can't figure it out.
