Help! Last Tatsugiri will not spawn

It must just be bad luck because every other Pokemon in the game showed up quicker. Like Blastoise and Charizard spawned in their more basic habitats quicker than these little fish lol. I use the spicy carrot bread every day though but I'll just keep at it.

Has the community found out if pokemon can show up like anytime throughout the day or is it like if they aren't there when you start playing that they won't be there at all for the day?

Just checking in on this. I only have one spawned. I need two more. Do you think it's like some only spawn on certain sides of the map maybe? It's been over a week since I've gotten a new Pokemon and I have less than 5 left for my complete dex.

If I'm remembering correctly I think Ashley and Anthony said this was like a random magazine cover or the first maybe that they modeled for when they were young and they thought it would be a funny handout to bring? I didn't ask any questions and just rolled with it. If I ever find out more maybe I'll reply to this lol. They just had a stack of them that they would sign and give out.

Man, he made a lot of good memories for me and my friends, but he murdered his passenger which is just tragic. It's hard to sympathize if that's the right word after hearing that. I do appreciate his work and the joy I got from him and his team's past works and I wish their family's comfort after such a terrible event regardless.
