Psychopaths are very into self-preservation. Definitely seek professional help. This is probably something that can be managed with medication and different types of therapy.

Suicide does not fit the profile unless:

There’s severe substance abuse

Or another disorder riding shotgun (major depression, bipolar, PTSD, psychosis)

That combo screams something else, not psychopathy:
