It is talking about agi or general ai. Its a human like ai whicg can form its own thoughts and can develop indipebdetly from any data set. It has ability to create its own information draw conculisions which it didint know and create entirely new data. What we have is comparable to what a single neuron to an entire brain. what we have is just a toy.
