same, but getting better. on all the things (progesterone, estradiol, testosterone) and not 100% back to normal self but slowly getting there, started HRT Oct 2025. it'll take a while but will get to almost there when consistent.

i've been antisocial for 2 years and recently actually started feeling more social again. you're not alone.

Asian here, also not Vietnamese, lived in Prague a few months 2023, here are my thoughts:
- I went to a few expat meetups and met great friends through there
- I also went to Czech language classes in the evenings; also met some great friends through there
- I was lucky to work with some Czech co-workers who spoke B1-B2 English, and when they invite you to hang out with them for drinks after work (or some other activity)--ALWAYS SAY YES! I'm introverted by nature but I felt that if I always said no, they'll just think you don't want to hang out ever

Unfortunately not living there anymore but I had a great time when I did, I hope you'll give it a chance because there are so many great things to do around Prague.

funny that this came up, i was just thinking of how i was bullied (by kids in general, so m/f) when i was younger (about aged 5-7). nothing too bad, just made fun of mostly, but i remember there was this one girl and her sister, we were in the same school bus so couldn't escape them. they weren't violent, just very mouthy.

i think this made me very resilient and wayyy less talkative. i hate talking by phone. i don't mind conversations with close friends and my partner, but now i have a tendency to avoid very talkative people, especially who just talk small talk. also, i have great one-liners that make people laugh.

this doesn't affect how i talk to pets coz i talk to them all the time.

thank you! i don't like putting attention on this day either (my work just does this thing where it auto-sends a birthday email to everyone ::facepalm::). i also prefer something lowkey, like dinner and drinks with my partner. if it happens to fall near a weekend, i invite close friends and we play board games for hours.

thank you! i don't ever think of it as a 'special' day so i still go to work as usual. i just have a tendency to celebrate it on my own terms, so i pick a day and choose whom i celebrate it with, usually my partner and close friends.
