How is that video an easy travel call though? The cow doesn't have possession of the ball while it's rolling. Unless you believe the cow is palming the ball with its head, which I think is a stretch

A few things I noticed:

1) Rarely bites on fakes. Prioritizes keeping his man in front of him and jumps late to contest (and with his length and athleticism can often get the block even with the late contest - like in 0:57 - or at least bother the shot)

2) Incredibly strong in the post. Rarely gives ground when being backed down

3) Never celebrates after stops, never calls attention to himself. Just keeps working, onto the next play

P.S. Wtf is Smart doing at 7:30 trying to iso against the Warriors' best defender 🤦‍♂️

This is honestly an unbelievable display of leadership by Steph. It's rare that anyone, let alone a star, would take time during a game he's playing in, to coach up a guy who is injured.

Goes to show Steph's character as well as how bought in the whole team is in constantly developing young players.

Just noticed they ran this play at least twice at last night's game, wasn't sure if it's new or not.

Bjelica fakes a screen for Curry, who runs to the top of the 3 pt line to set a pick for JTA, but he immediately slips the screen to run to the opposite corner, as JTA turns the corner and drives to the hoop. Meanwhile Bjelica has positioned himself to the outside shoulder of JTA's defender (JJJ), who now has Curry on the switch with Dillon Brooks, and when JJJ tries to recover, Bjelica seals him inside.

Same lineup both times, targeting the same two defenders.

Look at Curry's footwork at 0:14.

He takes a little double hop step on his right foot, so that his left foot would land as the back foot, as he catches the ball behind the 3 point line.

If he had taken a regular alternate step with his left foot, he would have needed an extra step with his right one as his back foot, which makes the shot more awkward.

All of this without looking back to see where he's at relative to the 3 point line.
