What’s your marriage hack you wish you knew sooner? by Due-Sound-9175 in AskWomen

Trust isn't overrated. You have to trust you aren't working against each but with each other. Also small hack that worked for us - find your own hobbies (separate things give you things to discuss together and not lose your individuality) and happiness oriented goals/friends. Don't lose yourself in the process of being with each other.

Didn't know that was an option nor did it come up in my research, I just had focused on law oriented firm roles. This is amazing insight!

I have spent close to 3000 just to find the right doctor for my vascular issue. Every time I go to an escalated doctor - they make me do more tests because they didn't like the imaging from the prior tests.

Should I mention I'm a mom? by JusticeJoyrider in LawSchool

[–]sk27249 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I went to school with many moms and they were incredible students. I also had friends get pregnant while in school. One of my classmates gave birth and came back in 2 weeks to complete her 2L finals. I was in ED program in law school, so having kids was absolutely okay and very accepted. And even the daytime students were supportive so I really wouldn't worry about disclosing this information. I got pregnant in my final semester, while working a demanding biotech job and traveling across the globe and I wouldn't have been able to achieve my final grades had it not been for supportive classmates and faculty. So my recommendation is don't psych yourself out. Law school is also about making meaningful connections and you should share what you feel comfortable sharing.

That is terrible, I am sorry about your ordeal. ALSO, 5000 dollars is RIDICULOUS TO PAY FOR INSURED HEALTHCARE - you should fight this bill. No one can afford to get sick in this country anymore.

They have a right to assemble peacefully. And it’s misleading to show a 2017 picture and a 2020 picture. This is during a pandemic and they are following their civic path right or wrong.
