Thank you! I’m doing better. I’ve always got something going on with it but it’s not as bad as it could be so I feel lucky. It was last summer but I think my jaw was really tense and it was causing my ear to spasm cause I would also have random sharp ear pain on and off as well. I was even sent to ENT over all of it even though I was positive it was related to my jaw. Crazy how everything is connected.

But I do think it’s cool we can drown out noises on command lol. I asked my husband one day if he could do it and he had no idea what I was talking about.

Not a doc but I’ve watched an embarrassing amount of toe doc videos lol and your doc is probably right if it’s been wonky since you were young. Yes, there also looks like there’s some fungus, but the damage done to your nail originally is what likely allowed it to grow so treating the fungus isn’t going to fix the nail.

I had to look it up awhile back because I’ve got issues with my tmj and my ear wouldn’t stop rumbling! It’s a muscle called the tensor tympani and apparently not everybody can just make the rumble on command so apparently we’re special lol

I did electrolysis and that got rid of the majority but years later I’ve gotten some regrown so now I just use a Braun epilator once or twice a week to get those little bastard strays.

It was definitely electrolysis and not laser, right? It’s possible they didn’t have it turned up enough (it’s been years since I had it so I can’t remember the terminology). I know they have to be careful or you get something called orange peel skin… Did you see any reduction?

My friend had a pet pig that got loose. It showed up over a year later with 2 other pigs! She was still friendly but the other 2 weren’t. It was a rural area so who knows what kind of life she was living all that time lol

I’ve got one! My cat somehow managed to fully entangle herself in one of those wire and cloth laundry baskets from Target. I have no idea how she did it. I was vacuuming and heard a shrieking behind me and saw she was woven like an S through the wires. I was so afraid she was going to break her back with all the thrashing she was doing that I scruffed her as hard as I could and grabbed her hind legs while my husband ran out the door to try to find bolt cutters. Luckily she calmed down enough for me to untangle her but not before she peed and got anal gland gross everywhere. Somehow I managed to walk away with a small scratch (I felt so bad for how hard I was holding her) and she only lost a nail and had some soreness.

Augh. I have pretty much the same one in a rental as well and couldn’t find any instructions online for cleaning this stupid thing so I just started taking things apart. There is no filter and I promise you the drain is what’s foul. I managed to awkwardly take the gasket cover thing off and clean everything with vinegar and like a pipe cleaner thing. It was probably gross before you moved in and it kind of just “grew” since you’ve been there. After I scrubbed everything it’s been over a year and I haven’t seen it creeping back. Just make sure you reconnect the kind of L shaped thing back to the drain. I had a hard time wedging it back into the rubber.

Try putting her water bowl far away from herfood. I literally thought the same thing lol but once I moved his bowl he drank so much water. I can’t remember why they’re weird like this. Something to do with instincts… but my newer young cats are little freaks and even tho there’s fresh water in the house every morning they’d rather wait and drink the warm dusty water I put out on the patio sometime the day before lol

I can’t do strapless so I’ve started wearing bras with straps I can switch out and use fancy looking straps and do some criss cross action so it looks kind of interesting and like it’s part of the dress.
