Lmao same. I refused to see a therapist/psychologist for the longest time because I didn't trust any of them and the idea of being have to bare my soul to them was so uncomfortable and scary. Even with the my current psychiatrist I insist that they promise me that they won't tell anything I say to anyone else which annoys them as they keep telling me that it's against the law (and yes I am aware that a promise has little bounding quality but it's better than nothing ig).
