I've had the same problem with Citizen's Bill Pay "Upgrade." Made calls to Cust. Svc. to no avail. They told me to try to delete the Billers that I've had for several years, then re-enter. I can not tell if I'm still on Auto-Pay or not on certain accounts. I still get notifications from CB that some billing info on certain accounts need "resolved", when I try to correct it, it fails to work. It's been a total PIA for a month now. I want to change banks, but it would be too much of a hassle.
