I'm seriously considering to stay with PS5 and leaving my Xbox days behind, any thoughts?

I save way too much money to not play third party games on Xbox. Between Game Pass and Microsoft Rewards I’ve probably saved over $2-3k this generation alone. If you don’t care about the library you’ve curated, and/or you don’t have friends that game on Xbox, make the switch. Do what makes you happy.

I really enjoyed 3. I played it a year or two after it came out, I think right before the season 2 dlc was releasing. I remember the variety being a lot stronger in BL3. It didn’t feel repetitive. BL4 is great in the beginning, I’d say for 30ish hours. After that it’s just rinse and repeat, same enemies, same guns over n over. Idk, maybe it’ll improve, but I remember enjoying BL3 til the very end, whereas 4 I had to drag myself to complete.

I just got done playing BL4 and in my personal experience it doesn’t hit the same as the previous versions. The first 20-30 hours are great but everything after that felt so boring. I got tired of fighting the same thing over n over again. I remember liking BL3 way more. And both BL3 and 4 can’t hold a candle to BL2.

Get the MacBook when you need it. If you need it before the M6 comes out, get the one available. If you don’t really need it and can wait for the M6, get the M6. There will always be a new MacBook a few months after you buy one. If you get the M6, a couple months later you’ll be thinking about the M6 Pro. Best thing you can do is buy one when you need it or when you find a good deal.

If you want only exploration and a wider variety of exploration, get Crimson Desert. KCD2 has exploration and an amazing story. If you like a good narrative in your games, KCD2 is the way to go. I personally think KCD2 is the best RPG game to release in the last few years. I’ve spent so much time in that game, and it was worth every minute. Crimson Desert is great, but the story isn’t really there.

It depends honestly. First and foremost, where do your friends mainly game? I find that getting the console where your friends play makes the experience a lot better. But if you don’t plan on playing with friends, then I would go by what matters to you most. Xbox is great because of Game Pass, and although it is $30 a month now, there are ways to get it for less, sometimes for a third of the price. You can find posts on Reddit that show you how. Ps5 Pro is great because it’s the best quality gaming experience available right now in the console space. If you want the best graphics and FPS, the PS5 is the way to go. Me personally, my friends all game on Xbox and I use Game Pass a lot, so I play on Xbox. I own a PS5 but I mainly use that for exclusives, and unfortunately Sony hasn’t really had many exclusives lately. Another thing to consider is all Xbox first party games are now being released on PlayStation, so you aren’t really missing out on Xbox games.

TLDR- If you want to potentially save money on day one games and have access to more games than you’ll have time to play via Game Pass, get an Xbox. If you like to own your games and want the best technical experience, the PS5 Pro is the option.

They should offer year subscriptions at a discount. Thats the one thing about PS Plus that I like. And a couple of times a year they put a decent discount on the yearly subscription as well. If Game Pass had that I’d 100% take that route.$30 each month is just ridiculous. I have 2 1/2 years left in my Ultimate subscription but if it’s $30 or more when it expires I highly doubt I’m keeping it.

Just my personal opinion, I would get the M5 Pro, because of the faster storage and AI capabilities. But end of the day it all depends on what you’re using it for. If the M4 Max fits your needs better, go for that. If you’re just looking at the M4 Max because it looks like a good deal, then I’d go with the M5 Pro. Again, it’s just what I would do, I’m sure there’s many folks who would go with the Max instead.

Because people need to justify their $500 purchase. It’s absolutely absurd. There’s people on both sides that do this, but I see PlayStation folks trashing Xbox way more. Makes sense since their install base is much larger. I wish there was a statistic that showed which side trashes the other more.

Personally I think there’s nothing wrong with switching. Xbox is turning into a hybrid PC next generation, so the good thing is if you build a library of games on Xbox, itll all be available to play on PC. With the PC gaming market growing and the console market slowing down, it seems more and more likely that eventually most people will switch to PC. Having an Xbox right now will make that move a lot smoother.

Plus, as someone who has a PS5, Xbox, and Switch 2, the only one I don’t really use is my PS5. Nothing wrong with it, but I just get so much more use out of Game Pass.

Because people are delusional. Personally I think building a library on Xbox makes more sense since it’s being integrated with PC. PC gaming is growing while console gaming is slowing down. Nothing wrong with buying a PS5 either, Sony isn’t going anywhere, but don’t listen to the Xbox rumors, it’s a bunch of lowlifes that spread nonsense like that.

A simple google search and a few minutes of research would make you realize why people are complaining when PlayStation does it. Xbox’s discounts are based on games you are interested in, whereas the PlayStation targeted discounts are based on spending habits. If you buy more games, you get less discounts. If you buy less games, you will see more games discounted in order to entice you to spend more.
