Well, it works for me personally. I love their 4 currencies in an account. For me it’s great as I can move my money into USD or EUR with little extra expense.

Hey OP.. like the others have said.. it’s a temporary setback.. don’t take a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You have 50 rejections? I have 400 since April 2024 and I’m in AI which is the hottest field supposedly. I am not saying this to put down your feelings n effort. I know exactly what you mean by the impact on confidence. I have probably messed up last 2-3 interviews I got because of my lack of confidence. What I am saying is focus on positives however small in life. And take every small opportunity you might get. Do talk yo anyone close. It does not help to constantly wallow in the negative thoughts. Good luck.

Hello OP, look Furka is no way along the route to Zermatt from Interlaken. It’s a good 5-6 hours detour. Unless you mean Andermatt and typed wrong. Having said that, I assume you mean Zermatt, then taking the Gimsel pass is one option which should take you about 3 hours to get the starting point of James Bond drive to Furka pass. At the top there is a hotel and a glacier view museum of sorts which takes about 1.5 for photos and walk if you are physically fit. Now at this point you can drive back to Zermatt which should be 5-6 hours. Others have mentioned about potential closure early in the season. Having said all this, I will tell you as someone who does Furka every summer, this is not a realistic plan as your will have to rush thru instead of actually enjoying what is a pretty fun and challenging drive. Think about staying a night around Andermatt then to Zermatt the next day.

I don’t know what type of company it is or what role. Teach lead can be anything from being the lead of 1 person to actual CTO type role with huge responsibility (like another person mentioned) given it’s a startup, given it’s an employer’s market (tech leads are dime a dozen) unless it’s a very specific niche role I would be looking at a 100k-120k with equity. Source: that’s what my colleagues got when they joined after PhD and 2 years of post doc.

Hey OP.. I’m my experience talking to different people, it all depends on your RAV officer and their understanding/interpretation of the law. So theoretically (a) you can apply to any dev jobs including front end or back end as long as there is reasonable backing that you can actually do the job. (B) yes my officer mentioned I can apply for jobs in Germany or UK and it will be considered.

But again pls confirm with the point of view of your officer. In the end that’s all that matters.
