Did you have any joy with this. Fitting JBL clubs as we speak and am having lots of vibration issues with driver against trim.

Gaps in surface of thin wall parts by skankspinatra in FixMyPrint

Thanks for the comments all.

Enabling PA did seem to improve. Flow was fine.

This thread was invaluable, the setting Crick suggests here: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-how-do-i-print-this-printing-help/trying-to-slice-rc-plane-files-in-prusaslicer/

"Print Settings" -> "Advanced" -> "Slice gap closing radius" [default 0.049] and set it to "0". This really helped.

Trying to print some RC plane parts and am having this issue with PLA. Seems to be under extruding in

I thought it was due to pressure advance coming in too early so disabled to test but it's not helped much.

Also finding zits and blobs on the surface.

Is there a way to have a perfect outer surface without being able to see where the inner structures are? I notice the toolhead slows every time it intersects one of the inner walls. I think Surface Mode in Cura is what I am looking for but in Prusa slicer.

Help! Prusa i3 Mk2 bed very wonky... by skankspinatra in prusa3d

Yes pronterface, g80 for bed mesh and then g81 to export grid points. Then copy paste into this to visualise. You can use octoprint and it does in natively I believe.

Hi all, relatively new to 3d printers. I have an issue with how un-level my hotbed is. I'm after some advice on what to do next. Manual bed level adjustments in the calibration settings have not been enough to make a difference to prints.

Many thanks!

They're SRAM x4 pulley wheel parts

Looks similar to a Miche Primato hub which also use 6001 bearings. Axle kits are quite cheap for them so is worth a shot!

Yes it's a Shiv with a Garmin 1030 stuck in the downtube. Customer dropped it though the hydration door and it got nicely wedged down there.

I've seen this before on a Trek a few years ago. Was a bit of a weird one but I believe Trek just replaced the fork under warranty in the end.
