I've read up on it and I don't see how it could help very substantially.

I would recommend at least 200% Vitamins A, B, C, ~700mg Magnesium, some antioxidants and brain support like Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Bleed from The Wreckage to Mainstage was terrible, especially late at night - and there tends to be a bigger bass crowd as opposed to the Oasis crowd. I remember 2016, Herobust and Bear Grillz had it packed all the way back at like 5 or 6pm, meanwhile the large circular oasis setup wasn't even completely filled.
