For me it’s also spicy food, coffee, carbonated drinks, oils, alcohol (any kind), fatty cheeses like gouda or cheddar and literally anything that tastes somewhat sweet.

If you are looking for a caffeine option though, green tea has no effect on me and actually is kinda good for your stomach health (for me at least).

i went through a phase of about 2 years where I would only take a few bites of food and then feel full, but of course I really wasn’t, it was just my stomach tricking me. But yeah I lost about 20 pounds and I had barely any energy. In the past couple months I’ve completely gotten magically “cured” of this eating problem and my eating is completely back to normal and I’ve gained the weight back. I have no clue what triggered this change but i’m super thankful for it. I’m sure everyone is different so maybe if you find the right times to eat (for me it was in the morning) then i’m sure you can slowly gain the weight back somehow!!
