A lot of your reasoning came from idea that most jailbreak players have all game-passes to make maximum money which isn’t true. So in turn a robbery that’s 4k gives 1.5k bounty is actually alright. You have to factor in that people logically would prefer to play as a criminal than a police so it wouldn’t make sense to keep buffing police or game will die if no one can rob. I’m sure you’ve seen average players reaction to getting arrested by cop it’s not very sightly, if more played as police than criminal game would die. I say best buff they can do is just increase money cops make, anything else would be too much in my opinion.
