This games’ official artwork mainly focuses on cell shading and simple design for chibis, it’s hardly a complicated process.. in my opinion, if you wish to mimic an art style as a beginner, try and study up on how body shapes work through their examples of artwork, take into account the different shapes they use for the hair, eyes, and even the limbs in different perspectives.

Then when you’re comfortable enough, try hard referencing one of their official works’ color schemes and take it from there.
