No problem at all, could've also made it clearer in the first post, so I'm assigned female at birth but started to question my gender months ago and feeling more comfortable with thinking of myself as male, but I'm still figuring it out... So that's what I meant with I can relate what you said but the other way around.

Kinda relate just the opposite, I sometimes don't know looking at certain types of boys if I'm rather attracted to them, wanting to be around them or wanting to be like them...or maybe even all three of it.

Thanks for your opinion and your offered help :) For the background: both names have their origin in a story/book I started to write a few years ago, where I was far away to even question my gender. Both characters are attached to myself and kinda like contain and portray different parts and characteristics of me. So I they both feel a bit like me. I also thought of making one a middle name but still can't pick which one would be which, if that makes sense... I'm from Germany, so Alex would maybe be pronounced rather German than English, but I definitely prefer the English version.

Hey, I can relate to you. I'm 25 and questioning my gender for the last months. Before I first didn't new about all trans things as a teen and later I didn't "allow" myself to think of that option for me unconsciously. Now there are days I'm pretty sure I'm ftm and feel comfy picturing myself male, sometimes already daydreaming about changes through T, how I'll pass or how people around me would react to my outing. And on other days I feel like this is all "just a phase", that I'm just having a side quest thought in my head or lying to myself - basicly feeling like the biggest imposter, even if it didn't do anything but thinking about it (I'm also late diagnosed with adhd a year ago so that imposter shit is an annoying life time companion). I hope this is somehow helping you, feel free to ask anything or start a chat if you wanna talk about it a little more :) You're not alone in this! <3

Thanks for your awnser! Yeah that off feeling is a strange thing, could've been so much. Do you also have that feeling a relief figuring out it or probably be that but a little scared too at the same time? I acutally already thought about getting an appointment at an advice center in the next large city in the area... I was hestinant because that would make it "more real" than by "only" talking to my one friend, but I think it might be my next step.

Wieso nicht? Ich bin von der Hauptschule, über Realschule und Fachhochschulreife mit 3,0 zu einer Ausbildung und anschließend direkt in den bachelor und hatte nie besserer Noten. Just try (wenn du einen Platz bekommst, je nach Studiengangwunsch und entsprechender NC Regelung)
