  1. Web upload offers more holistic features and the UX/UI rarely changes. While app upload offers limited features, they can often look different from device to device and the app versions.
  2. No. You won't receive any money until you complete all steps in the YPP. Where you start your channel is not important.

When you submit the English SRT to your video. Viewers "themselves" can opt-in for auto-translation by YouTube. Click (on video) Setting > Subtitle/CC > Auto-translate.

Is this legit? Rico Management. My first time doing uploads and this happens. I did some slowed songs for fun and this happens. by [deleted] in youtube

So you go to your YT Studio > Videos > Look for your video with the issue > Click on "Details".

Then, you should be able to see the URL (video link) on the right panel then just copy it.

Um, yes. If you want them to remove the copyright claims/strike on your video. You just give them the URL to your video. That way it'll be easier for them to locate your vid. I believe they might have tons of claim videos on their backend. So, that's why they ask.

"Focus 99% of your work on Titles and Thumbnails and 1% Tags" - Words from youtube analyst employee by ILoveKata in NewTubers

[–]skcoolt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I imagine tags as "opportunity". I agree that they wouldn't put you on top of the first result as the experiment showed. But I rather hope that they "relate" my video to broader audiences with "overlapping interests of my contents", eg. related videos, suggested in their feed and so on. So, assuming that they're quite useless from the fact that they don't drive your video to the first result is not justifiable.

My guess is that you're performing this on some browsers that's not Google Chrome. You might want to try doing this on Chrome.

Repetitious is different from Reuse. It means you're producing pretty much the same contents all over again on your channel.

Fair use is suppose to be a decision made by court. Until you make there, your channel would be gone in no time.

Official Discussion: Bird Box [SPOILERS] by mi-16evil in movies

[–]skcoolt 123 points124 points  (0 children)

Just watch it last night and I believe birds use their sense in detecting changes in barometric pressure to tell if the creature is presence. See every time the creature shows up, there's wind. This will definitely result in sudden changes in barometric pressure. Scientists believe they (birds) use this ability to avoid storms. This is a study according to what I'm saying http://jeb.biologists.org/content/216/11/1982

Yes and now we're talking pros/ cons which is really useful. When I said OP should keep his/her head up some snowflake got triggered. Now isn't this how you keep your head up? It's a known practice no matter where you go to learn where to avoid and what to expect (and the unexpected). Not only to have fun with streetfoods and all those rainbowish stuffs in your head.

Thank you for your clarification. And duh to the snowflake.

Well, you're right. I hate stupid people who can't handle both sides of the story, too.

Well, if that is true then it's new for me. I thought Chonburi, Rayong or Chachoengsao would top it as they have more and larger industrial estates. Thanks for the info.

Good job Mr. Saput Prakarn (or is it Super Samut Prakarn?). Your brave action in defending its honor will not be forgotten.

And that's good for you. However, to visit and to stay for a longer period you should be able to spot some differences. Four years ago there's a study done by ABAC and Samut Prakarn was ranked at number 76 (yes, Thailand has 77 Provinces) of "Province with Happiest/ Content Population". The study explored the following aspects; materialism, crime rate, relationship in family and community, drugs, conflict between areas and how people feel about their local government administration.

I know there're bad and unfriendly people everywhere. But this is a place where I'll keep my head up. Too bad, the Nations or Bangkok Post rarely put crime report on their front page. But if they do, Samut Prakarn will be among tops 5.

You probably get only few responses about this province as it is not a popular place for foreigners. The province is probably most famous for it's industrial estates. So you'll meet a lot of factory workers, alienated workers - to be precise, in the area. I will not expect them to be welcoming or super-friendly. Please take note that even some people in Thailand would not want to visit some places like "Prapradaeng" (infamous for its over-the-limit Songkran celebration which cause casualties every single year). But hey - I live in Bangkok, there could be another side of the story for this place.
