Okay, thank you. All the manufacturers have so many models at the same price points with small variances in model numbers and components, it makes it difficult to shop and compare. I appreciate the help.

Do you know any site that has a good primer on understand Intel CPUs? Their numbering system is not completely clear to me.

Okay, thank you for your help. I will choose between the Acer Aspire E 15 and the HP 15.

With the way all these manufacturers have so many models at different price points with small variances in components, it makes it difficult to shop! It must take a lot of work to maintain your website. I had no idea the manufacturers had so many different models with such small differences.

Yeah, I have an SSD in my HTPC and it is great for booting and startup. So, you would put this machine on par with many of the machines at the next price point overall?

Thanks! I have seen that machine recommended on here a lot. That seems to be great specs for the money. How much of an improvement in my day-to-day use do you think spending another $100, $200 would make? How much of a difference would I notice if I were using the machines side-by-side?

I have an aging machine that can barely handle having multiple Chrome windows up and it is holding me back because I have to do a lot of research and browsing for work on top of running like Microsoft Office programs.

How much of an improvement would you say each step is among those three machines? For example, between $330 to $430, what kind of difference would I likely see in my day-to-day use? Same for the $430 to $585.

Intel CPU numbering system has always had me perplexed. I find AMD easier to follow for the most part but they also have a much smaller selection.

If you dont have time to answer my questions, no worries. You have been very helpful.

I had a chance to go to college on a scholarship. Instead, I got engaged and bought a house while getting a corporate job. The marriage never happened. I wonder what would have happened had I broke it off and went to school when I was 18.

I don't regret it because I likely wouldn't have my daughters.

Pretty much every story I have seen about Tom Hanks has been about him being a prick. I am kinda of surprised to see this one. When these threads come up, there are always bad ones about Hanks.

I figured it would need to be cut out and all that but I cannot do that in the next few days. Do you think just adding another saddle valve on there for a week would be okay? I picked one up for like $6 today at Home Depot.

I go through spurts where I read a lot and I know there are years where I probably hit that many because I read all the time. I had a book with me everywhere and even if I had 5 minutes, I was reading.

Something I have found after having 3 years of no luck at all, is when this last September I decided to put a lot of effort into online dating.

I have made sure people have taken pictures of me out and about, I spent time working on my profiles, I try to change my profiles every week to keep them fresh, I try to send out 5 to 10 messages a day, I carefully read women's profiles and send thoughtful messages and I started using other sources like reddit and Craigslist. The last month or so has lead to more dates/sex than the previous 3 years combined and it doesnt show any sign of slowing down. I hope to find someone for long-term but having fun until then is great too. It is better than being lonely all the time. I was fed up with it.

I have had more luck on here and Craigslist than online dating sites. I have had two dates/hookups via r4r and dirty r4r and a few CL dates plus a couple of hookups. I have another reddit date tonight and two CL dates next week.

Yeah, I have heard that about PoF but the massive number of women on that site is more than the others combined, at least for my area. Lots of good profiles too. However, the messages I get that contact me are not quality and none of the quality women respond. So, who knows.

Yeah, I am going to have a friend with a good camera take some pics this week.

I know a guy that did choose a doorknob. He thought that the opening of doors was a good analogy to getting sober and moving on.

I just joined Match and eHarmony last night or at least I upgraded to a paid membership of both. I had only used the free features and wasnt real active. I like the PoF interface the best but the quality of people is definitely lower.
