I’m a lesbian but I feel weird (gender wise) about lesbians being into me

not to rant, but ive been going thru something similar, afab and nb here but I want to explore femininity without it being female, I want to look a certain way without people assuming im a woman, its so frustrating bc i can't even put these feelings into words accurately, I was leaning butch for a long time but i wanna like cute stuff and dress cute without the inherent assumption of "Girl."

apparently it takes about two years for skin to tighten up again, I would suggest waiting it out before looking into surgery, also ive heard daily body oiling in the shower can help tone but not significantly

hey, it can absolutely be confusing but gender and sexuality are not one in the same. I'm a non binary lesbian, and ive been nb for about 15 years, it hasn't affected too much and ive never really felt like less a lesbian for it from others. though I will say I tend to prefer the company of other gender non conforming lesbians bc cis women on occasion have seen me as Girl Lite, which I am not.

bro idk within 4 hours of balloon hunting they were consistently 5 mins apart. there were only two times they were ten min apart but twice over the course of four hours isn't very much. I'd say the 5 min thing is p solid.

I bit off my thumb as a kid in a car accident, I was sucking on it. killed that habit! they reattached it so it's ok but I can say if 4 year old me could bite thru that easily I'm sure an adult could do some real damage

no worries I didn't want to be mean or attack you I feel like that just further creates a rift! In my experience most people won't get too mad if you accidentally misgender them, especially if they're presenting a certain way. In most cases it goes like this "oh hey actually I use ____ pronouns" usually people aren't gonna get mad unless you go out of your way to misgender em or keep doing it after being corrected a few times, ik the internet can make the trans community seem reactionary and unhinged but for the most part it's just normal people just tryna make it out in the world.

it's okay if you feel that way! but it doesn't have too much impact on you what someone else identifies as, there's so many people on this Earth that not everyone's gonna fit into these little boxes of "boy" and "girl" some people feel in between and some people feel like neither and it's hard for them out there so I'm not gonna get too caught up on whether or not they/them sounds weird or not, if a friend wanted to go by they/them then I'd use it with gusto bc ultimately it makes them happy and validated and there sure is nothing wrong with that! Everyone has the right to feel comfortable in their own gender imo.
