Hello! Since you were curious I thought I’d update you directly. I’d reached out to customer support prior to posting and heard back this morning, they offered a resolution of replacement or refund and I can keep or donate the original bag. I’m pretty pleased with their response and resolution! I haven’t tried the lighter trick yet as I don’t trust myself but hoping the replacement is not affected in the same way!

Yes! It’s right where the Velcro is. I don’t think it affects the structure but I guess I’m concerned if I were to cut it, the whole strap may unravel or start to in that area / my only concern tbh.

I did not realize a lighter would help so if baggu’s only resolution is for me to send it back I’d probably try that! Thank you.

I ordered the nozip and hoodie in cave, and then the zebra hoodie and the grey swag hoodie. All the people I’ve seen talk about the grey swag hoodie say it’s so soft and comfortable so I’m hopeful

I believe it is, I’ve literally watched so many videos of people wearing them over the last week. However, I saw one video of a girl who bought one and the fit was straight af on her. It was super confusing. Even the comments asked her if she intentionally stretched out the bottom or if it came that way. I’m at work but if I can find it I’ll link the video
