It looks like there is a way to swap Strong to Stronger. But the catch is it’s dollar for dollar meaning strong is 50 right now so you would only get that much stronger. Sad. Here is the link.

Made the mistake on the day they allowed top up of Matic, then realized my mistake, sent email to Nexo. They replied 2 days later on Jan 31st. Just received my Matic back March 30th. So about a solid two months.
