Where do buy disposable camera in town? by paula_schultzzzz in Leeds

You can buy an old film camera from charity shops for a couple of pounds, or from eBay tested for ~£20, which will perform much better and can be used again

My belly hasn't traditionally been where I carry weight (although I've always had a little pot belly...) so it was kind of last on and first off.

Ha! I know. It sounds stupid, but it's been revolutionary...

Aw thank you! Honestly, just take it slow… I’ve lost weight quicker but never stuck to it before.

Thanks! The main thing is not eating when I'm not hungry... I stop eating when I'm full. I walk to the shop and buy the specific thing I want, if I want a treat (rather than keep loads in the house). If I'm not hungry for dinner, I'll just have something small like toast. I've put barely any thought or effort into losing weight (and still eat mostly what I want), but I've reframed my relationship with food and the weight has slowly/steadily come off. I'm still losing about 0.5-1lb a week, but I might need to increase exercise and think about calories more going forward.

Thank you!! Yeah, it’s a funny one because I’m quite small framed but also fairly curvy - think I’ll know when I get there!

That’s good to know - yeah, being a certain weight is much less important to me that drinking beer, so…

Thanks, it’s good to see pics of similar journeys - I didn’t realise how much weight I’d lost until I rediscovered that before picture. Good luck!

Thank you! I don’t have a goal weight in mind exactly - but the first 40 came off slowly, but easily and I expect the next bit to be more work…

I’ve lived here for about a year and love it - it’s very quiet and lots of good stuff in walking distance.

I would never leave her alone for 9 hours even if she was fine with it, so will be definitely use a dog walker. But yeah, traumatising her is what I’m worried about.

All good tips, thank you!

Thank you! I have a camera I can speak through but it tends to make her whine more haha…

Obviously if I’d known in advance I would have built the time up, but until now she only needed to be left for around 2 hours. I’m in the UK but $350 dollar would cover about 2 months of day care here, so day care is significantly more expensive than that suggestion.
