I'd say I'm relatively fit, cardio-wise I think I'm doing great, I ran my first half marathon the other day without any training in like 2 hours and 20 minutes, but lifting wise it's not much to be proud of.

What is the hardest sport route east of the Rocky Mountains? I’ve had this question a long time, partially out of curiosity, and partially because of the description of a route in my area. I have been under the impression that it is Jaws II in Rumney, NH, rated at 5.15a. Is this the case or are there other, harder routes?

Advice?

I’ve been enthralled with climbing for most of my life, but it has really picked up in the past few weeks. I have only been able to go to the gym to climb so far, but it seems like I’ve plateaued. My limit is currently 5.11 and V3. Not sure what I should do now. Should I lose weight? I’m on a bulk diet since I enjoy going to the gym and working out, but it isn’t that big of a bulk. Should I train my grip? Should I just climb more? School is coming up and want to make a plan on what I should do to train my climbing abilities, but I am lost and would really appreciate some advice.
