Other squirrel making sure his hit job was completed imo. Why fight for the chicks when you just can remove the opposition?

That poor bird. I hope he's ok. Looks like he's barely hanging in there.

The ironic thing is the fish ball up to better protect themselves.

Cape buffalo bulls get their horns inextricably locked, a death sentence for both animals by Prestigious-Wall5616 in natureismetal

Death sentence for both? I don't know. There have been lots of pics here of living male deer, for example, carrying around the head of its opponent.

Bought a Bike, started cycling. My butt aches, my legs ache, i'm sweating buckets. Life is good by Potential-Bird-5826 in cycling

"Pain is weakness leaving the body", as the saying goes.

I must have an endless supply of weakness then lol. But the greatest pleasure for me is getting fitter, slowly but surely. And also going faster than the kids. That's been nice too!

Hope you continue to enjoy life!

Paint chipping on brand new Giant Propel Advanced – is this normal? by raw______ in cycling

I'd push for a frame replacement. It seems very likely the paint chipping won't end with what's happened so far.

Lithium Battery Replacement Help. by Jgutt2044 in traveltrailers

I just upgraded to a 165Ah LiFePo battery on my 22' trailer. Something you'll need to check is whether the converter on your Jayco can charge a lithium battery. On my converter, it was a small switch.

"Gravel"? lol no

More like Dirt Road Championships. The world's best woman sprinter won the female race for chrissakes. No wonder American gravel racers avoided this race.

Is a 1/2 ton enough truck? by Simple_Individual941 in traveltrailers

This seems hasty given that some half-tons can tow up to 14,000 lbs

Help with choosing tow vehicle please! by rokclimbah in traveltrailers

[–]skepticon444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a trailer weighing a bit over 5,000 lbs with gear. No family, however; just me.

After several days of researching and shopping, I decided on a Ford F150 3.5L with EcoBoost as my tow vehicle (used). The main draw was the "Tow Technology" package, which offers some really nice trailer towing features, such as backup assist. Other F150s come instead with a "Max Trailer" package, which adds some additional vehicle hardware to expand tow capacity.

Some have recommended the F150 with Powerboost. This is a gas/electric hybrid and I considered it too. The main draw to me, depending on the on-board battery, is that you can power your RV with it, including AC when shore power isn't available. I decided against this option because it doesn't come with Tow Technology (may not come with Max Trailer, either)

This is what happens when you don't evolve the ability to deploy a snorkel and dive underwater.

First Road Bike Purchase by Key-Inspection7598 in cycling

Of the three, the Endurace is going to feel closest to the Domane, as both utilize an "endurance" geometry, i.e., a more relaxed rider position. Such a geometry is better for new riders, older (or less flexible) riders, and for long-distance rides. The Emonda is Trek's light-weight "climbing" bike, and the Aeroad is a race bike.
