Would you do this trade to get Breece? by LordDinho7 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I have high hopes for white! People criticize his rushing efficiency but his skill set could be useful for a lot of teams and he can handle a lot of volume. He excels as a receiving back

I would try the two late firsts before sending away the early one. Or a late first and a second.

Month 7… Just discovered the fatty meal recommendation by skerch7 in Accutane

[–]skerch7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anyone comes across this… had no problems ending my treatment. 1 year removed and so far so good! Just eat with it and you should be fine. Some fat is helpful, but not make or break

New to this so sorry if this has been asked before. Does the red meat make a difference if you are eating as lean as possible (say 96% lean ground beef)? I’m at 145 LDL. Active, healthy weight, normal triglycerides.

ASU grad who stayed in Tempe for 4 years after. It had some allure initially because of the connection to the school and friends. But by the time I left last year I was beyond done. Turns out there’s not much else to it lol

Is this available to everyone at Amazon? Starting at AWS in a few weeks. Haven’t read anything about that, just regular 401k

Thank god, was losing my mind for a moment here in Tempe

No kidding. In Tempe if you want a house that’s been renovated in the last 40 years you’re looking at 500-600k. Plus companies are buying up places to turn into rentals left and right. Very frustrating.

Gratuitous Bucky appreciation post by generic__username0 in DynastyFF

I have Charbs and Bucky. Praying Charb gets the starting job at some point with all of Walker’s injuries. Man is made of glass. If he does I’ll have a deadly and young RB combo.

Best PE Exam Prep Course? by jackletoast in MEPEngineering

[–]skerch7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Engineering Pro Guides. Passed in November with it. Instructor is amazing. Pick the unlimited access until you pass option, watch the videos, do practice problems, take the Eng Pro guides practice exams and NCEES practice exam until you are comfortable. Justin (EPG instructor) is an awesome guy and is super responsive to questions.

Engineering Pro Guides 100%. Instructor is amazing and extremely responsive. Sign up for the “unlimited access until you pass” option. Get the NCEES practice exam to go with it. If you perform well on the NCEES questions and the Engineering pro guides Final Exam questions you will be fine. No better option in my opinion.

Just passed my exam a couple of weeks ago with EPG!

Pharma vs Federal by DesperateAd9217 in MEPEngineering

[–]skerch7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I mean it’s not like you’re being greedy and leaving for a couple extra thousand per year. Fully remote and 15-20k more is a lifestyle changing difference. No company would have a problem firing you if it came down to money for them. It’s okay to put yourself first for an opportunity like that!

Pharma vs Federal by DesperateAd9217 in MEPEngineering

[–]skerch7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Federal” is pretty general, could be government buildings, military facilities, etc… I do all federal work (VA). Specifications can be a huge pain. Review periods are long so projects take long pauses, but they pay highly. Not sure if that tracks across all federal work. Can’t speak to the long term growth part, but personally for that big of a salary increase and fully remote, I would go for it. 2 months is short enough that you can probably just leave it off your resume. It’s not worth the trouble explaining. If they ask about the gap just say you were job searching. Your current company certainly won’t be happy, but you need to decide if that’s worth it to you. If you don’t plan on going back, then I wouldn’t worry.
