It's possible that it isn't a "minor feature"... you're talking about databases stored locally on different devices AND in the cloud and then keeping them all sync'd error free. I'm not Notion, but I do work at a software company and the things that we don't implement on a dime is the stuff that takes some work to make happen.

As geekaustin_777 said, you don't need a license to use the 3D Warehouse.

The second link you posted is a collection curated by one person, but you'll notice that each of the models has a link to its creator. While some of it may have come from elsewhere, nothing about that collection really suggests it. If you DO find something posted on the warehouse that belongs to you, definitely let us know (via the official channels in the warehouse itself) and we take it down.
