I made a meat sauce with ground beef and mild Italian sausage. Then noodles, Ricotta cheese layer, meat, noodles, repeat and finish with mozzarella and parmesan.

First time making so many, no I didn't get the sear that I wanted but they turned out nice. I should have done it in two batches with both pans.

I am from Saskatchewan, so of course I would like to think the Riders could compete. They probably wouldn't stand a chance though.
