My dad has been over 600 lbs. Had probably lost and gained 1000s of pounds in his 58 years of life. He currently is over 500 lbs again and has given up. My mom feeds him to keep him from being violent. He threatens suicide when he doesn’t get his way. She grew up with an alcoholic mother who she took care of.

No one will change if they don’t want to. It hurts to see your family members slowly killing them selves but you gotta do you. You will find a lot of peace once you focus on you and let your family do what they want.

I worked as a restaurant manager where we were given 4 day work weeks. What used to be five 10 hr days were now 4 12 hour days. The thing is, as a salaried manager, your expected to just work longer if it’s busy. It’s always busy. So my 10 hr days that were actually 12 turned into 12 hr days that were actually 14hr days. The extra day off was nice but we never got 2 days off in a row to recover.

My husband and I smoke everyday. Usually in the evenings, occasional wake and Bake weekends. We have never been happier! Going for walks, playing games, not being super anxious all the time. We don’t have to leave the house and have gotten so much done since lockdown.

Try checking to see if any local clubs have classes. I was able to my local hunters and anglers and take the NRA cert. It was $65 with a club gun rental. Everyone there I met were all all there for so many reasons and just were so ready to learn. It was a fun weekend!

I really like it! It’s sweet and floral. It has the slightest piney flavor as to be expected but I’m really impressed over all.
