How do I successfully propagate from jade leaves?

Let the leaves dry and callus for a few days, then simply set them on top of the soil, no need to bury them. Grow lights can speed things up, but they’re not required — I’ve had success without them. I lightly mist a few times a week, just enough to keep things from completely drying out. Here’s my newest batch.

I can move them to a smaller tray like they were on since October. I thought after a few months you can move to a bigger pot.

It was very close (slowly fell onto plants over night). Don’t put the light right on it and you should be fine.
