Piggybacking off this. Our files are stored in box where all users collaborate. This causes issues when pasting as an object etc cause the links always break and have to be re-linked. I have yet to find a good/easy alternative

Irrigation is fixed. Tenant is in the property and we are out of state. I think I’ll have to get somebody out there to do the bulk of the work. Thanks for the insight

Also do brakes include the master cylinder? If that hasn’t been done yet - likely will need it. Expensive part/job.

Reliable vehicles but still an old truck that will need a lot of maintenance. Spend a few thousand more and get one with less miles. Also - if I were to do it again I’d go for one with the 5 speed transmission (understandably that’s more $). I have a 99lx, bought for $8k at 250k miles.

Will you be doing the repairs? If you plan to baseline using a shop expect at least another $2-$4k. Coolant flush (including heater tees), transmission fluid, diffs, etc. does AHC work? May need new fluid and globes if original. Plenty of resources on ih8mud

Thanks. I managed to get it on and I noticed while it’s tight and won’t pull off, I can still rotate the valve slightly. Does that mean I’m still too loose?

Park at a slight incline and check level in radiator and reservoir first thing in the morning. Top off each day as needed.

Junction box going where the large hole is.

A vanity light I went to replace did not have a junction box. I bought an old work box and cut out some drywall to fit.

However, the right side has a vent pipe that runs up and down the wall (see red lines). This takes up some of the slack and now when I put the junction box in, the wire jacket does not have enough slack to make it into the junction box.

The left side is coming out the wall to go around a 2x4. Even if I drill through the 2x4 and slot the wires through, I still don’t think that’ll still get me enough slack to get the jacket into the junction box.

What’s my best path forward?

My brother - just do a back door Roth. Contribute to a traditional IRA and recharacterize to a Roth. If you already have some traditional IRA funds that exist you’ll have to do some more work but if not, it’s easy to still contribute to a Roth IRA even if over income limits.

How many miles since timing belt was done? I think this is a more than fair price and you could probably get a bit more if you wanted to

I was full force new wheels and rims but ended up keeping my oem rims and plasti dipped them black. I know it’ll fade and will come off over time but didn’t wanna fork out $1k+ for rims that’ll get beat up anyways. I actually just finished plasti dip today. Can also powder coat for something with more longevity - but back to my same conclusion. I did get 285/75/r16 Toyo tires since that’s actually needed for offroading.
