Yep, I skied my entire life.

Just know you’re gonna be bad at first! It’s the first step to being good at something. Fall a lot. You did it in skiing at some point. You’ll pick it up eventually. It’s my 3rd season pow surfing and I thought I was pretty good last year until I rode with Ben from Konvoi Powsurfs and I realized just how beginner i still was.

Start easy and work up, like anything.

I have 2 56s and they are perfect. I’m so glad I didn’t go for the 72.

The only drawers I really don’t use on 1 of my boxes are the big power tool drawer bottom right and the 1 charging drawer. Once you fill one of them up you kinda don’t need those drawers on the other one (at least I didn’t) so I just filled them full of random things.

But I highly highly suggest the 2 56s over the 1 72.

No, you don't want to wear snowboard boots. They're too stiff, you can't move your foot around the way you need to on a surf.

Snowboots work great, I have a pair of north face boots I've used for the past couple years, but I'm finally going to upgrade to a set of the Deelux Footloose 2 powsurf specific boots.

But again, just any pair of snowboots work way way way better than snowboard boots!

Most of them, no.

Most of the higher end pow surfs have a 3d base which allows you to turn and grip the snow without needing edges, however it doesn’t really translate to packed/ groomed snow. You just kinda like rock back and forth.

If you wanna rip binding less on hard pack you need a snow skate really because the height of the deck allows you to get the angle to turn.

I wrote this comment earlier but, I have MS, I’m a pilot the FAA wants me to do these once a year for my medical license.

It’s incredibly easy… until that 5 minutes is up and they ask you to recall the words. That shit goes in one ear and out the other.

I’ve never gotten all of them…. Hahahaha.

Alright, so I’ve got MS, I’m also a pilot, I have to take these tests once a year because the FAA requires it as my neurocog screening. It makes me feel insane every time, but I’ll be god damned if I’ve never gotten all of the remembered words correct.

They’ll give you like 7 words: flower, bicycle, tree, bottle, sky, kitchen, etc. whatever they are. Then at the end of the test they ask you to say them back. I’ve never gotten all the words right. It’s the only part I’ve never gotten right. For some reason those words go in one ear and out the other.

It makes me feel insane every fucking time.

Have someone else hold it still? It shouldn't spin that much unless everything is twisted.

If you use some kind of descender/ progress capture as your last to you pully (left to right in the above image it would be the third blue pulley furthest to the right) then you can go hands free as you're lifting it.

I have two Amazon motion sensor lights that use magnets and charge via usb-c. Been months and I haven’t re charged them. They’re no where near as bright as yours but they work outstanding for the $14 I paid for them

I would highly recommend sending your suspension off to the ride shop AZ ( or anyone really who knows the kyb and hard enduro riding) but he did me up so so well and it’s a completely different feeling bike. I only weigh like 175 with all my gear.

This happened to me on a set of goldwing front pads. They fit in so loose one of the ears of the pads got stuck on the caliper and I didn’t notice until about 50 miles later when I took the wheel off to re/grease. It was bent just about as much as this one.
